THE WORLD WIDE WEB COURT OF PUBLIC JUSTICE
|
The World Wide Web
Court of Public Justice is a global institution created under
the principles and authority of the proclamation of the United Nations
General Assembly Resolution 217 A (III) of 10 December, 1948, The Universal Declaration of Human Rights which states in part:
PREAMBLE
Whereas
recognition of the inherent dignity and the equal and inalienable
rights of all members of the human family is the foundation of freedom,
justice and peace in the world,
Whereas disregard and contempt for human
rights have resulted in barbarous acts which have outraged the
conscience of mankind, and the advent of a world in which human beings
shall enjoy freedom of speech and belief and freedom from fear and want
has been proclaimed as the highest aspiration of the common people,
Whereas it is essential, if man is not to
be compelled to have recourse, as a last resort, to rebellion against
tyranny and oppression, that human rights should be protected by the
rule of law ......
With a special emphasis on the following Articles:
Article 10:
Everyone is entitled in full equality to a fair and public hearing by
an independent and impartial tribunal, in the determination of his
rights and obligations and of any criminal charge against him ......
Article 19:
Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this
right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to
seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and
regardless of frontiers.

As a point of beginning for defining the World Wide Web Court of
Public Justice, it is important to note the inherent partnership
expressed in the UN Declaration of Human Rights between the Human Family
and the media, quoted as:
"... the human family... has the right to freedom of opinion and expression... through any media, regardless of frontiers".
This partnership between the Human Family and virtually any
media forum or organization is the foundation of Public Justice. It's
one thing for the Human Family through the United Nations to declare its
rights, but yet another to determine how those rights are protected and
upheld when challenged. The obvious institutions to protect and defend
our rights are the traditional law making, enforcement and justice
systems established through the democratic process of self governance.
However, where do you go when your government is dictatorial and/or self
serving or when the democratic systems of law enforcement and justice
established by the people have become abusive and dysfunctional through
apathy, ignorance, dishonesty, or deliberate political corruption to the
point of tyranny? If you have exhausted all options for pressing
the government into self-correction through the traditional legal /
justice systems available and you agree with the UN Declaration; that
rebellion against tyranny is not the preferred choice, then perhaps a
Summons and Complaint served upon the alleged errant individuals and
government entities through the World Wide Web Court of Public Justice
is your next order of business.
A further examination of the public justice system and how it
functions involves a look at the history of the relationship between the
Human Family and its media sources and how this partnership has now
evolved into the formation of the World Wide Web Court of Public
Justice.
